Horse Racing Women’s Association Unveils New Logo

May 13, 2025—The Horse Racing Women’s Association (HRWA) today unveiled a new logo, coming on the heels of the HRWA’s transition from being an annual event to a year-round
association dedicated to empowering women in the horse racing industry.

The new logo represents the strength of a woman and a Thoroughbred pushing forward in unison, with flowing lines and bold imagery conveying a driven, professional and passionate
combination.

“This woman is every woman in racing, yet no one in particular. We intentionally made her identity ambiguous so that every woman can see herself in our mission,” said Shona Rosenblum, Co-Chair of the HRWA Marketing & Communications Committee.

The new logo follows the association’s official name change, announced back in February, which marks a continued growth for the HRWA in striving to promote and support women across
all aspects of the industry.

“As we’ve grown into a national—and even global—community, it was important that our identity evolve to reflect the power, unity, and forward momentum of the women shaping this sport. Our
new logo honors the heart of our industry—the horse—while celebrating the elegant, modern, and ambitious women moving forward together with purpose and grace,” said Alexa Zepp,
Co-Chair of the HRWA Marketing & Communications Committee.
Coming up, the HRWA is hosting its first international event at Woodbine Racetrack in Ontario, Canada on Friday, June 27.
The annual HRWA Conference will be held for the first time in Lexington, Kentucky on Wednesday and Thursday, October 8 and 9.

The final HRWA event of the season will be held Thursday, October 30 at Del Mar Thoroughbred Club, coinciding with the Breeders’ Cup World Championships. To learn more about the HRWA and purchase tickets to HRWA events, click here.
